Tour de Galleries - From the Periphery to the Center - Tour
Join us for the “From the Outskirts to the Center” tour in both Czech and English, featuring the creators in person!
We’ve translated the walking routes into English and created a printed guide!
Broňa (Vojta Popelka) and Broňa (Sarai Mošťková)—a slightly distrustful boy and an open-minded girl from Brno—will guide you with their voices from the marginalized neighborhood of Cejl to the city center, through Brno’s galleries and public art spaces, where different cultures and intentions collide. We’ll peek into the Museum of Romani Culture, settle into Katka Šedá’s BrnoX living room, freeze in the mysterious courtyard of Káznice, stroll among the massive murals of the City Gallery on Bratislavská, find Cejl’s newest gallery, and discover: what gentrification can do, what happened to Zeman’s café, what can all be considered a sculpture in the park on Koliště, and why the House of Art is so inhumanly large.

Audio guides are suitable for school groups, individuals, and the general public. The trails are free, and the group tour ends with a contest; we will announce the winner at the end of the group tour on April 22, 2026
